“I’m interested in creating images where different times and realities can coexist, where mythology, technology and the living world meet without any clear hierarchy.”

Anton Hasler (b. 1988, Fribourg, Switzerland) lives and works in Lausanne. His practice combines painting, airbrush, digital drawing and printing to create dreamlike worlds populated by human and allegorical figures. Drawing on mythology, symbolism and art history, his work explores the relationship between humanity, nature and technology in the Anthropocene.
